Where it would flow

In production, one set of details would reach each of these:

  1. Job number —

    The next number in the job register.

  2. Project folder

    Created on the office file store as “— Untitled”, with the standard sub-folders.

  3. Archicad or AutoCAD project

    Started from the office template, with the title block filled from these details.

  4. Fee proposal

    Address, council and sector carried into the fee calculator; concept billed hourly.

  5. Council

    Lodged later through the council's portal.

  6. Xero

    Client contact and a tracking category, so hours and invoices land against the job.
