A working demonstration built for NJS Architecture by Emertech
For Neil Slater, Director. Three showcases for the things you asked about, plus the rest of the platform, each labelled honestly. Everything runs on invented sample jobs and is not connected to NJS systems.

The three showcases
Check a consent application against the council's requirements before you lodge it. See the gaps and the likely RFIs while there is still time to fix them.
Press one button at month end and the team's timesheets and your own hours are pulled together into draft invoices, job by job. You check and approve each one before anything goes out.
Pass on a change request, such as a client's email, and the change is lined up in the drawings for you to check. How the Archicad and AutoCAD pilots would work is set out step by step, package by package.
Also on the platform
Carried over from the earlier platform demo. Only the fee calculator's logic genuinely works; the rest are placeholders that show the idea on sample data.
Practice dashboard
Jobs by stage, what is due, and the council clock on each lodged consent.
Jobs
The job list and a new-job form that works out the next job number.
Fee calculator
Area, budget and NZIA class in; a fee band and stage split out. The maths works; the rates are demo figures.
eDocs & RFI tracker
Each consent on its statutory clock, a mock council record and a template RFI response.
Document auto-fill
Specs and schedules with the title block filled from the job. The body text is fixed sample text.
Timesheet
Log time against a job and see draft invoice totals. No Xero connection.
Practice copilot
Ask about the workload in plain words. It is keyword matching over the sample data, not AI.
